Charles Lee, our founder, is an expert with 13 years experience in the life insurance industry, setting numerous industry records. At the age of 32 in 2020, he achieved a remarkable milestone: being the youngest leader of multi-million-dollar team for four consecutive years, nurturing over 20 MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) members annually.
Charles Lee and his team consistently achieved significant breakthroughs, with business premiums ranging from RM10,000,000 to a record-breaking high of RM15,000,000. However, at the age of 36, noticing the changing landscape due to the pandemic’s impact on the life insurance industry, Charles Lee didn’t halt progress; instead, he continuously explores and innovates in hoping to aspire the younger generation to success.
Due to differences in ideologies,
ultimately in August 2023,
He chose to set aside all honours and ventured into a new life insurance model that suits the younger generation. In this pursuit, he crossed paths with Mr. Benson Lee Boon Siong, founder of Buss, a mentor and pioneer in the business realm. Their principles and ideologies for future life insurance industry resonate remarkably. Therefore, Charles Lee decided to collaborate with the largest life insurance agency in Southeast Asia, Buss Consulting, officially establishing iSi Group on September 11, 2023.

We advocate a modern life insurance model that can provide a platform for young entrepreneurs. Our culture embodies passion for life as well as advocates entrepreneurial freedom. By combining forces with Buss’s robust system and equitable ALC (Agency Leader Council) structure, we aim to co-create a new ecosystem within the life insurance industry.
